Phase 2:
The next phase of our build needs to begin this spring. Two walls and the roof were built during phase 1. We need to close in the ends, insulate the walls and roof and construct rooms to be used by staff or campers. Please consider donating so that we can get this buttoned up and safe from the elements as soon as possible. As in the US, the price of materials in Romania has gotten more expensive. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Praise the Lord! The girls and boys bathrooms were able to be completed before the arrival of the Ukrainian refugee youths to the camp. Our team was able to help put on the finishing touches. See the progress pictures below.
This project is not completely finished though. We are still looking for funds to complete the second floor dorm area.

Our project plan for 2022 is the remodeling of the Camp Horizon bathrooms. They are cold, dark, and musty. The toilet and shower stalls are uncomfortably small. So, we are going to raise the roof, double the size of the bathrooms and even put some staff housing and another dorm room or two upstairs. Pastor Cristi has drawn up some plans to accomplish this (see below). Our initial goal is to raise $15,000 to ensure the lower level is able to be completed. Please seriously consider giving to the camp on a regular basis or as a one-time gift for the bathroom remodel
